EWR 737 is way better than IAH 737. EWR is a little harder to commute to due to the afternoon delays. But this isn't your first rodeo. Avoiding the redeye CCS and BOG 3 day is also a big plus for EWR.
I also found myself doing a lot less POS out of EWR. Some guys dig those places...I do not.
FWIW CLE is where you want to be.
Although you will be covering a great deal of EWR trips.
