There are different methods to get hired at JB. The company calls these 'Gateways' and the blue dart is one of the Gateways you could possibly get hired as a pilot. The blue darts are given at random to current JB pilots and they can give them to applicants. The blue dart only guarantees an interview. Like USMC said, there are many who had a blue dart but still didnt get hired.

Sometimes we have a rough idea of class sizes, but its not official and only rumor. For 10/17 Ive heard 9 A320 and 11 E190 spots, and roughly the same for 11/7.
