A 20 year payscale for lifers is absurd. Having people from Colgan sit at home collecting full pay for 3-6+ months is absurd. Having vacancies for ATL when it should be shrinking and closing is absurd. Agreeing to merge Colgan and Mesaba into one pilot list, knowing that one of them was parking a significant portion of its fleet, was absurd. Having 2/3 lifers on your merger team was absurd, and so is YOUR MEC pushing to have YOUR 401ks be taxed with ALPA dues. All absurd!
