Are the guys in Flt. Ops. trying to get rid of mainline airframes/jobs??
Seems odd 'Floperations' would want to dump airplanes, no matter how old, until the replacements show up. What is up with that?
The company is dumping RJ50's, I HOPE we keep the DC9's as long as possible to recover that outsouced flying.
And for BuzzPat, Love the bling on the new avatar!
They only moved one sim since the plan was to shut it down. By closing the nine and opening the 717 on the same bid it would have dramatically reduced the training footprint. Now they will have a lot more training and have to buy sim time. In addition the 717 time will compete with the nine flying and result in lots of credit.
