That really depends on the staffing situation for next year. There are 100-120ish guys swimming in the pool. another 80ish needed online by may 1st. All the rumors point to 200+ newbs next year. Soooo, I'd say spring would be a good time to start the interview process. That gives them afew months to run background checks and some small classes in the summer. Then ramp up big in the fall training session.
