Personally id take the train to lgw, man, or bhm... The eurostar train or ams or paris (also cheap jumpseat tax) is fairly expensive in itself. 200 euro one way.
The Eurostar to Paris or Brussels can be had for 60-80 USD with enough advance purchase (around 3 weeks).
