I get it: the 2-yr FO that has nothing to show for 2 years but a commute to Reserve in NYC is a victim, but the 14-yr FO that can show a reasonable schedule on a NB and was able to bid to a better base after just a furlough or two is a winner. And the 21-yr CA that has a left seat that you want (and I want), , in a base he doesn't really want, but no pension, and only one furlough to his credit, and about ten years to go, that guy needs to bow his head in shame if he ever thinks he's stagnating, because he's not a 2-yr FO commuting to Reserve. Right?
OR you can be smart enough to understand EVERYONE is affected by stagnation, and realize everyone's poor situation throughout the list is proportional to the years they have in. If the bottom guy is stuck without newhires to take his place, that means we're all stuck somewhere. In that case, we could commiserate together, not insult each other by trying to show who's... victimer, and victimest.
