CaptCrunch... exact same thing happened to a "friend of ours" recently, except the phone call came from a rather irate female scheduler named "A" around 0430 for a 0730 show. How was that a crew scheds mistake? Your are required to check your schedule and acknowledge any trip after 3pm. Not a scheds error but pilot error.
