Minus reserves, of course, we wouldn't want that 70 number dragging down the average, now would we?
What was the last "Average Line Holder" number they used, about 87 hours per month, or was it 92??
That's why they have no problem with YOU flying more, they get more, and NEVER have to fly the 92.
It is 87 presently, and though it is line holder average, it is a "pay-hour" average for the preceding 12 months, not necessarily a "line value average"
Btw, there is room to change it to include reserves... To start the process, you have to show up at an LEC meeting and present a resolution. I'm sure if you had one or two friends around the system who presented a similar resolution at their next LEC meeting there would be a high likelihood of the calculation method changing when brought to the MEC...
