I would love to be proved wrong. But I have no faith in our union actually representing the bottom 20% for a change. They said as much at our last recall.

We all know it's all about the guys at the top.

If they don't give it to us I will not be paying my ALPA dues and will campaign that all the junior pilots do the same.
