So the average should go down now that "trip parking" is banned I guess, those guys didn't do anything to kick up the average I guess... Or guys who have 5 weeks vacation and still manage to work full months' of flying on top of vacation...

The "87 hour average" is calculated by dropping all lines that are below 70 hours.
There were several months where folks were getting sub-70 hour lines (and pay), and none of those lines went into the average.

Can you reference the part of the policy manual or location of documentation that backs up that claim?
.....Not saying it can't happen, I am saying I HIGHLY doubt that it happened as you describe. If it is like you describe, I will be there with you in working to rectify such fuzzy math...
