I think your numbers are off, but either way they don't account for pilots coming with the airplanes, or the change in the mix of flying. We lost the 777, and gained a similar number of A320 seats. The ER FO dropped about 100 pilots. The 400 came up, but I think that was a net negative for existing pilots, because the pilots either followed, or bumped an ATL ER guys to the NYC ER. In terms of seniority in category, I sure am behind-my pre-merger position, and the flying sucks far more, for a constant relative seniority anyway.

Which doesn't take away from the fact that most of the domiciles took hits also. I know this to be true, because all the poor, the huddled masses, are right here.
