Ya know...it's funny. Personally, with the exception of one lost week of vacation and some Per Diem, I stand to lose nothing with this contract. I'm senior. Very senior. I'm at the top of the pays scale already. I am already on the CRJ, I will be on the highest pay band. PBS will probably work well for me, again because I'm senior. I have an actual AA seniority number, so I will likely not be around for the long term here. So, basically, this agreement will have no real negative effect on me. I was a NO vote because I did not want to leave the junior pilots and future new hires with this lousy contract, without at least TRYING to improve on the company's offer.
