For what it is worth I have done both p90x and insanity. I tried p90 just to change my workouts as I was in a rut doing the same thing too many times. p90x was great and I liked the results. I then did insanity and liked it as well. Now I have combined the two and really like the way that works out. You can do either on the road.

They both come with nutritional plans that help with weight control and overall good eating habits which we all know can be a challenge on the road.
Somebody mentioned starting with an easier program which is a great suggestion as both p90 and insanity are tough workouts and can be discouraging if you are not ready. Go to the website and pick one that is more middle of the road and work your way up.

Best of luck.
