I don't understand how anyone could think eagle pilots have any ground to stand on with a no vote. We own no planes and to go to court they would only take away more than the TA that was passed. The reason AA pilots can get away with what they have been is because they're mainline. If we did half the stuff they've been doing we would watch our tail numbers being flown by XJT with a 60 day notice.

This is something none of us wanted, but the judge wouldn't give us anything better. If you think they would you're fooling yourself. It's bankruptcy, not a pilot pity party. It doesn't matter that we are profitable on our own, it's about AA. And to take whatever the judge throws at us and then fight it we would for sure accept a new name of comair and watch our ship sink too.
