PBS is NOT going to be here overnight.
Will take AT LEAST 14 months to implement. Could take up to 18 months (that's a year and a half).
The only impact to FO compensation in the short term is the per diem hit.
Thanks for some of the highlights, glad to hear you guys are done with the dealing of your QoL...However now is time to live what you fought so hard for.

I say PBS is a pay cut.
