Well, if you're capable of the skills known as listening, and note-taking, you should get your trips bought and volunteer to make some calls. Maybe once they see you as an insider they'll divulge all that information to you. Then they'll send you to ALPA brain washing school. Then you won't care about survey results and the like. You'll only care about what time cocktail hour starts (430) and what South American county the cigars are from today.
Such an idealist you are. Take a look at AMR's term sheet for the pilots then lemme know how you're doing. Just for comparison's sake, a 3rd year 737 FO at DAL makes $6 an hour more than a 12,13,14,...,25 year AMR 737 FO.
