With PTO, if you NEED a day off, and it's worth like 3 hours, you no longer have to worry about 'burning' a PVD and going with a PO at a loss of pay. I'm ok with PTO, since I'm going to have just ridiculous amount saved up from not calling sick all these years. Maybe now I can finally take that round-the-world trip
