RegionsAir crews/staff March 2007
I'm working on doing a few articles about our shut down in March 2007 and I wanted to hear from anyone that isn't part of my Facebook friends network (via Corpex/Regex). I plan on posting these on easflights.com and there's a very good chance that it will get picked up by other blogs and even aviation publications.
To this day I am convinced we were victim of a bureaucratic witch hunt, especially since I'm told by our ops guys the FAA went over all of our manuals with a fine-tooth comb after 5966. Just seems weird that on the eve of the company being bought and our STL EAS being up this just mysteriously 'happens'. I've worked for a few 'questionable' operations and the FAA always increases ramp checks & check rides before giving someone a consent agreement.
Feel free to PM, not sure I want my email up here yet.
