You are correct I talked right past it. I don't really know what the right pay for him should be. What does the US President get paid? What does Tom Cruise get paid? Who knows what they are worth or not worth. In the theoretical realm of CEOs, $500k isn't what it used to be, but that would be a recognition of inflation which Moak's organization doesn't seem to recognise for its constituents.

I think the value of a CEO (Moak?) is based upon what they DO. Has he, as CEO, done two years' (at $500k) productivity?

We know his organization has brought in captive tax revenue.
