Well, I asked Ryter this in person and he said yes. This is something they cannot take away. We've earned that (accrued sick). That'd be like them bagging everyone's 401K. Plus, there'd be one hell of a sick-out if people were to 'lose' all their accrued sick. Don't think the company's that dumb/reckless.
Can you quote it from the TA?? Did you look at the TA?? You sure that it does not have caps on carry over????
