I am an FO at a very large Regional Airline. I have a couple thousand hours. I have worked for other airlines and am very happy with my current job. I think my airline is managed very well, and as a pilot we have the best career out there. For those who disagree, I suggest a leave; and see how the rest of the world works and lives.
