My wife liked the sim time (she has her com/multi but doesn't fly for a living) and being able to hear the benefits overviews. It made it easier to decide having her there to hear it for herself. She also liked being able to put faces to names, which she rarley gets to do in our line of work.

Everything else she says was just fluf... and "why are they trying to sell you the job, your already here?" This was in 08'. LOL

There's ups and downs (no pun intended) but it's a nice option.
