Metski- thanks for the reply. That doesn't sound so bad. How about when you are off reserve is it still 10 days a month off?

While on reserve you are guaranteed 10 days off per month. LGA would be real easy to get out of training. It is understaffed there and will probably continue to be. The flying there is mostly out and backs, but there have been a few more multi day trips added for next month. It is constantly changing. And Junior manning is going into work on your day off. You get 4 hours of pay for it, plus the hours that you fly that day. So it isn't that bad of a deal.
