This should be a sticky. This is what
ALL ACMI or supplimential carriers are like. Love it or hate it, it is what it is. Your spouse or significant other will let you know how much you like it at Atlas, World or any other supplimential.

As many have said, it's imperative to read the whole thread and understand what the job is. If your life requires...or you think you will be able to finesse the process to make sure you always get your days off (and I'm not implying that's your intent)...you will NOT be happy at Atlas.
Anyone who applies to Atlas who does have a family needs to have a serious sit down and lay the cards on the table and get some honest feedback before they take the job.
