Just so you know, Trips displayed in open time do not directly correspond to the amount of reserves to cover said trips!!! I am a senior nap reservist, and have already had 2 "off days" moved for reserve coverage. It has been this way for over 6 months.
Each month, once the lines are published, there are dozens of trips left in open time that consume most of the available reserves. We are in no way properly staffed!
just fyi - everyone can see the reserve list. One huge factor the reserve list doesn't account for is assignments that leave room for extension.
