If no flood, leave the airplane unattended for 15 minutes. After airplane is stripped of anything that can be sold, bartered, or sold to recylers .... call insurance company. Here's an 737 I parked at MSY. Went to go get coffee, this is all that was left:

My apologies to the good employees of Frontier. A good airline caught in liquidity squeeze, bought by a narcissist.
I so wanted to go there earlier but thought better of it. Thanks for not only going there, but hitting a home run with it.
