The overhead windows are gone, The standby attitude/flight instruments are gone, replaced by a video screen without the noisy vibrator, the rain wipers are quiet and the A/C fans are much quieter. I'm very happy to take off my headset for those long cruise portions of cross country or trans pacific flights.

I'm sure the MAX will be better still.

As much as I wish the order had been for 787s, I am happy I will end my career flying new airplanes.
You ever ridden in one of our newer 321's ? They might be dogs but quiet as a living room with about as much square footage, oh and lay flat seats with no yoke to cramp your style. Working the airbus is much less stressful and tiring due to nvh alone. Anyway, congrats on the new jets, y'all have always treated us west guys like gold.
