Some of the advice I got on the major board led me to belive that it would be quite difficult to get on with a major with zero 121 time. I think it all comes down to who you know. Since you dont have any contacts in the 121 world it might be hard to get hired with a SWA/FedEx/UPS/Frontier/Spirit type place. If you are just looking to find a stable regional then Eagle is a good choice. The upgrade is long, but its not a bad place if you plan on staying there for a while. If your ultimate goal would be somewhere like a major then your best bet would be getting hired at skywest or xjt, somewhere with a quicker upgrade so that you can build some jet pic. Maybe Big Sky if you would want some quick PIC 121 t-prop time. They are hiring street CAs.
