I think 2013 will change a lot at JB, and we'll have to start hiring a lot.
With all Legacies retirements and upcoming hiring, JB will loose a lot of guys, especially the bottom 25% of qualified pilots, that see no movement or upgrades on the horizon. I say qualified, because JB was hiring a lot of FO in 2010 and 11, with no PIC. JB management knew, the legacies will eventually start hiring, and JB doesn't want to loose too many no voters. The word is 76 new pilots next year, but it can go up to over a 100 really quick. Just wait and see. By 2018, you'll be able to pick and choose an airline you want to work for. 2014 is the year JB will finally start taking more new A/C deliveries, up until then most deliveries are replacement.
