On the DAL Benefits website the premiums page is showing that the DPMP monthly premiums will be the following for 2013:
Single.................$126
Single w/Spouse...$267
Single w/children..$212
Family.................$401.

Also remember that if you choose the DPMP, you MUST use the DPMP dental, which is the same plan as the Comprehensive, but is $2-7/month less than the Comprehensive plan if chosen as a stand-alone or in conjunction with any other DAL medical plan.

As an aside:
The DPMP improvement is another one if the little things that came about from C2012, of course everyone would like it to be even lower, but the prior contract plan was 27% cost borne by the pilots, now it is 22%. Which translates to an decrease in the cost by 18.5% (partially offset by the overall increase in cost YOY)

The consolidation of the DPMP-N, PPO and DPMP into one plan saved money too, and enabled an INCREASE in covered benefits.
