It was my impression that was a merger of Equals (major to major, ei-branded ops VS FFD). No big/small plane debate here, just the TYPE of operations.

We had guys get furloughed in 2001-2002 because of 9/11 at NWA.
On the new combined list, most of those year 2000 NWA hires are below 2007 hires at Delta. A few of those 2007 Delta hires started flying in 2001/2002, while NWA guys were getting furloughed. Now they are senior to the NWA pilots. Life is not fair sometimes, but you have to live with it.
TEN
