I'm a 6 year FO (haven't passed up an opportunity either) and at this point, I don't care if I upgrade or not. I think I have a better chance of getting a better/new job before I ever see upgrade at ASA with all the FOs leaving (and I'm trying to be one of them) Half of our senior guys will only look at Delta as their next step (not a bright idea, all eggs in one basket never is), a handful will only look at Southwest, others will only look at AA. The rest of us with resumes out everywhere and will go to whoever calls first will be leaving. Even at 6 years as an FO, there are very few places I'd take a pay cut.

I've never cared about the seat, I just care about $$$ and QOL and I will never have both from ASA (XJT) and rarely even one of the two... need to move on ASAP.
