Yes, that is entirely true, but for me, it is just a by-product of being integrated at the bottom - as long as there is no bump-and-flush, I can only move up. The higher you are on the list, the more bidding power you have to lose. But, I do see your point. My effective spots lost is really is equal the final number of senior to me ex-Midwest that accept recall and and the ex-Lynx group. Still sucks.
