Oh it's absolutely true and I enjoyed it immensely! Lorenzo is actually pretty close to the founder of our airline (which is kind of a bummer, because DW is a cool guy), so Lorenzo flies down to ACK on us often during the summer... But if he ever ends up on my flight, he's getting "manual row seating" in row 5 every time!
