Nothing more irritating that having to listen to someone pontificate about having to wear the hat, even though they knew the uniform requirements before accepting the job.
Just because you agreed to the uniform standards during the interview doesn't mean you can't complain and do everything in your power to get it changed later on if it looks ridiculous. Which the hat definitely does.
Hey, there are a lot of things every one of us agreed to during the interview to get the job, that we absolutely don't agree with today. You really think I told the AA interviewers I'd be very involved with SPC activities?
Delta pilots, y'all are starting to look like Eastern European dinosaurs with the Aeroflotski hats... time to get with the times. Look around the world, most airlines have ditched the hat for a much more modern look.
