"A hat thread,amazing. At the big D hats are a required part of the uniform as are shoes, pants,etc. We will transition to no hats at some point in the future and then I will start pushing for flip flops, that's what most of our pax wear."
I like the no pants option myself. Seriously, I'd lose the tie before the hat. I hate ties. Captain Kirk didn't wear a tie. Isn't this the 21st Century?
