Nothing beats living at home. As long as you can pay your bills then I would stay at Skywest. Every year it seems to get harder and harder to nonrev/jumpseat. I used to commute, now I work for an airline where I can live in base. In my opinion no amount of money is worth the hassle of commuting when you have the option to live in base. If you have kids and a wife I would think the better quality of life you get living in base would be worth it as well.

If I were you I would stay where I am.
