Looking for a little positive feedback from people who are working at ExpressJet, Republic and SkyWest.

If you had your choice between these airlines, which would you choose and why? Any other things you can help with would be greatly appreciated. Such as: Schedules, average days on/off per month, switching domiciles, switching planes, growth, "new" contracts, upgrade, etc.
Vacation? Heard you do not get any vacation at Republic?
