"Hope to be done next week..." I read as maybe Friday (26 Oct). More likely the next Wed....which would be Halloween...

What is the process? It says once done it goes to the respective MECs. Do they then vote on it, and if approved, it goes to the membership for a vote?

If I understand correctly, mil-leaves and furloughs don't get to vote.
