If they had any class, they'd start the second engine and fall in behind us.
10 years from now, most of them will still be in an RJ with their pay shaved down to bare minimum due to whipsawing. Then it will be them that complains constantly when they realized they missed their window because mainline carriers contracted so much when they were still young and hirable.

They'll have no clue that they themselves helped to perpetuate their own career stagnation. But such is the behavior of Airlinii Pilotus.
