1) Will there tend to be more short or long call reserve lines? I notice under the current rules that there is a pay difference between the two. Will that stay or go away?
Nobody will know that until we see the TA.
2) Commuter clause?
Same as above but I pretty sure there will be some language in reference to commuters.
3) As a reserve pilot, are there ways to earn hours/credits on top of the guarantee?
If you fly over guarantee you get paid for that whether or not you'll be flying over guarantee depends on your seat, fleet, base and demand.
