For those of us starting in the next month or two...

Can we put in an equipment bid for the next proposed bid (14-02) in Jan 2013 while we are in ground school? I've heard rumors that we had to be off IOE and line qualified before we could put in a bid.

Most of us will be done with training right around the time this bid is out and I'd hate to think we are going to miss the cut by a few weeks.
