They are accounted for in the 2-1 swap, but they haven't gone offline. This fact seems to be sugar coated from the company a little, but these 12 900s will equate to a reduction of 24 200s. The timeline of these -200 departures are what matters, and so far Management has been vague at best.
I think I need to look into moving. I've had a great schedule these past 5+ years, but I feel like that may come to an end. Even with increased attrition I believe the Old Guard will continue to clog up Atlanta.
At least 11 200s have homes already with AMR. It won't be a big hit. I wouldn't be worried about something that is happening a year from now. I will be very surprised if XJT doest have even more additional aircraft/flying by then
