Watch the front cockpit window in relation to the center-line. What you are seeing is; most pilots put themselves on the center-line and then when they kick in the rudder, it rotates the A/C around the CG, effectively moving the cockpit down wind. Then they must put aileron into the wind and slip back up-wind to get back on center-line.

Watch all the landings again, only not looking at the aircraft, but only the front cockpit window as it tracks in relation to center-line.
