Just a question. I understand about the swap from 50 to 70 seats, however, who's to say the give them to the LXJT side? Was there something about it in the contract that LXJT guys fly them?
I honestly don't know, just wondering what would stop the LASA side from getting them?
I honestly can't answer this question, but I would have thought that it would have to be a straight swap with the L-XJT side. We have a clause that states if any of our flying gets moved to SKW us L-XJT guys go there too keeping our seniority and longevity. I would have thought if the hypothetical new 70s went to L-ASA then there would be one hell of a legal battle with ALPA.
