Besides, it's going to be a fricking nightmare if they start dissecting everyone's pay registers. Would take YEARS to figure out everyones "RETRO".............
Naw, pretty easy actually. You have three W2's (4 for CAL?). Three hourly rates, and three new rates (one for each year based on what Delta guys made during that time?). Calculate the difference. Put half a dozen people on it, and it could be done in a week. We're only talking about 11000 people here. Then again, someone could write a bit of code and have it done in less than a day worth of calculations. Heck, my smart phone has the power... then again, we're an IT company with wings. Can't be that hard to manage...
