The transition and process agreement doesn't allow transfer of aircraft between CPAs.
The TPA is part of the ASA contract. If you are an ASA pilot, you can look it up.
The TPA doesn't prevent retiring aircraft that are no longer part of a current agreement and adding aircraft at another carrier....I'm surprised that you can't see through that agreement....
