The 2007 contract was amended without your vote. Make up your own mind, on what it says. While your at it; read the whole document.
Nothing prevents them from growing one carrier while the other shrinks as aircraft come off contract....These scope sections are largely written to make naive people feel good......Your aircraft won't be "transferred"...You simply won't grow while others will......
