I actually had a flight attendant (was fairly new) the other day tell me she truly HATES the Legacy Expressjet people. I asked why and she said it's because they caused us to lose all of our ID-90s. She was very passionate about this. Not really sure what the heck the people of LXJT have to do with our pass benefits in the Delta system but okay.
Not intended to pick on the XJT guys, but we had a pretty awesome ZED system through Delta that was pretty vital for my family. Apparently the XJT side didn't have many (any?) interline agreements, so management developed a "new and improved" ZED system, and when it was announced we lost all of our existing interline travel. At least now we have the luxury of traveling on Estonian Air! Major fail.
Not sure why management had to burn down our premium interline travel program on the ASA side just to placate XJT...
